The Ingersoll Rand® 2236 Pneumatic 1/2" impact wrench has an interchangeable anvil system that lets you tailor your tool to whatever job is at hand — without losing a single ft-lb of power. This interchangeable drives’ pneumatic impact wrench lets you to quickly configure this tool for the job without losing power, increasing size or needing more tools.

 

Innovation: Ingersoll Rand®’s patented Drive Xchange System™ helps you get more versatility, torque, and control out of your exchangeable air impact wrench, there are several different anvils that are compatible with the 2236 series swapping anvil impact wrench tools. With 10 different available drive options including 3/8", 1/2", and 3/4" standard length and five extended lengths from 2 to 10 inches, you can do more work with less equipment.

 

Torque: The 2236 series impact wrench operates powerfully with 1,500 ft-lbs of breakaway torque – 200 more ft-lbs than its predecessor.

 

Durability: Thanks to a patent-pending 2-piece anvil system, you can directly grease the tool’s hammers for increased run time. The iconic titanium hammer case returns in the 2236 series for more unyielding durability. So, more legendary durability from an unyielding titanium hammer case and a patented direct hammer lubrication system.

 

Strength: A patented-pending increased dwell motor gives the tool more airflow and raw power. Industry’s most compact high torque air impact wrench delivering 1500 ft-lb/2000 Nm of breakaway torque while weighing less than 4.4 lbs/1.99 kg and in a length under 7.36 in/187 mm.

 

Quiet: A new airflow path design helps make this air impact wrench 4 decibels quieter from a patented motor design than predecessors and competitors in the air impact wrench market.

 

Ergonomic: The ergonomic design, better balance, and reduced weight of this innovative swapping anvil air impact brings more comfort and reduced fatigue for the operator.
